  • da Forno di Zoldo-Pian da la Fòpa, 1210 m, ore 2.15-2.30 Difficoltà T: su carrozzabile (sentiero 523 - chiusa al traffico) per Pian di Palùi, Malga di Prampèr, con sentiero 523 a Pra de la Vedova; il ritorno è possibile farlo con sentiero 543, sotto Forcella del Moschesin e a destra con sentiero 540 per Val de le Balanzòle a Malga Prampèr
  • dal Canal di Zoldo-SP 251/Pónt de la Sìega, 627 m, ore 4.00 Difficoltà EE: con sentiero 521 per Val del Gés, Val de Carpenìa, Col dai Gai, Casera Còrnia, Forcella Piccola, 1943 m, e al rifugio
  • dalla Val del Grìsol-Pont de la Costa Granda, 667 m, ore 3.45-4.15 Difficoltà EE: su carrareccia e con sentiero 513 per la tutta Val Costa di Nas e a Casera di Pramperét
  • da La Valle Agordina-Val de le Pontesie, 925 m, ore 3.30-4.00 Difficoltà E su carrareccia (sentiero 542) per Malga Foca, Malga Moschesin, a destra sentiero 543 a Forcella Moschesin, 1940 m, e a Pra de la Vedova
